MARIAN-TRINITARIAN RELATIONSHIPS
  • M--We are marked with this gratuitous gift; that is, the providential call of God, His will, that we belong to this Society of Our Lady; to disciple Mary and Jesus and so to make disciples of all peoples. The purpose of the Society of Our Lady: Honor and glory of God, exultation of His Majesty and manifestation of His greatness.
  • A--Our Society is apostolic, thus our spirituality is based on the principles found in the Gospels in the early Church.
  • R--We build relationships, with the persons of the Trinity and bring others into these relationships through graced friendships.
  • I--We constantly remind ourselves that we are created in the image and likeness of God; thus we pay attention to the mysteries of the Incarnation and the Paschal Mystery.
  • A--Our action, our mission flows from our charism to bring about these relationships, through discipling Mary and Jesus in ecclesial teams.
  • N--We live in the now of God, seeing Him making all things new; thus we join in His great work of creation and re-creation.
  • T--Trust and confidence in God who is Our Father, in Jesus who is with us always as our Shepherd and the guidance of the Holy Spirit the source of our union.
  • R--Reading the signs of the times, how God works in the lives of those we serve. Through the Word of God lived in the Liturgy and the Teachings of the Church, we see the response of the Spirit to the situation in our world.
  • I--We instill and inspire a growth in the sacramental life of the Church; especially the sacraments of Baptism and the Holy Eucharist.
  • N--No teaching of the Church is intellectually studied but we mission each document. We make an effort to "think with the Church."
  • --In Christ, with Him and through Him we continue the work of building the Kingdom of God. We desire to establish all things in Christ. We strive to bring everything to the maturity of Christ.
  • T--This is the sign that all will know that we are His disciples: our love for one another. We accept everyone as our brothers and sisters. Our desire is that no person live alone, much less die alone.
  • A--The spirit of Anawim (the least, the last and the lowest) is our inheritance. In our littleness we acknowledge God's greatness. We live the Magnificat of Mary our mother. We seek always to serve. We totally depend on God alone in all things and trust in divine providence.
  • R--Reaching in service to the deepest apostolic needs; for no person comes into our lives accidentally but providentially. We recognize Christ in all those we serve and we serve as Christ serves.
  • I--We witness to the unity in the various in the Church. We recognize the diversity of gifts the Holy Spirit gives us for the building of the Church. We see in our diversity of vocations and culture the means of building the Body of Christ. We witness to the unity of the Most Holy Trinity in our relationships as we work in ecclesial teams.
  • A--All are included in our mission; our success is when those whom we serve become disciples and in turn go out to make disciples of those they are called to serve.
  • N--Our nothingness is that of a child, as we live our vows and promises according to our state of life. Our obedience of relationships is based on the way the Holy Trinity obeys each other. Our poverty is the witness that we are children of God and that we belong to the family of the Most Holy Trinity. Our chastity is expressed in our desire to please God in all things and in our seeing the goodness of God in everyone and in every situation of our lives.
  • R--We always recall God's favors to us in gratitude and freely give the gifts we were generously given. Our life becomes our Liturgy, a memorial sacrifice an eternal hymn of praise.
  • E--Every mindful of the mission of Our Father in creation, Jesus in redemption and the Holy Spirit in sanctification; we encourage each other on the path of perfection.
  • L--Long to be with God every moment. Seek to follow each person of the Trinity, as they reveal themselves.
  • A--Ask God, making constant intercession to the Father with Jesus, the Holy Spirit, Mary, and all the angels and saints.
  • T--Seek to abide in the unity of the Trinity. Learn the very expansiveness of God.
  • I--Develop all peoples in the gifts God gives them. Make them aware of their identity and call them to their dignity.
  • O--Desire to go through a process of on-going formation. Your fruitfulness shows growth on the path of perfection. This means you are willing to learn even from the least in every situation of your life. Recognize the formation God began since your birth and the lessons He teaches you, as you respond to the graces, gifts and talents He blesses you with.
  • N--Lose no moment. Be like trustworthy servants who desire to do the will of God whatever be the cost. Therefore, we offer no excuses, no complaints and no delays. We live in gratitude, attentiveness and joyful service.
  • S--Seek the lost. You are sent to the rejected, the lonely, and the stranger, the marginalized, the forsaken, the unwanted.
  • H--Hold fast to your consecration to Jesus through Mary. Desire that you decrease everyday and that as a disciple everyone would only see Jesus living, loving and serving in and through you.
  • I--Instruct others by your life, as you witness to truth, unity and charity.
  • P--Ponder the Word of God. With Mary treasure the Word in your heart. Do everything to please God. Seek the help of Mary, the service of the angels and the intercession of the saints as you live from one communion to another. As we receive Jesus in the Eucharist may we remind ourselves that we are accountable for much.
  • S--We are servants and that too unprofitable. Our reward is the favor of being called to serve. We strive to imitate Mary, to become like Jesus and live for the Triune God. Our reward is to enter with Mary into the paschal mystery and remain in it. This is the basis for the Marian-Trinitarian relationships. You may send your prayer or Mass requests to Fr.
